VISA , MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER CARD NOW ACCEPTED WITH PHONE ORDERS:
The Thorr's Hammer Site is now accepting VISA, Mastercard, and Discover Card as payment with orders placed by phone. The phone is regularly answered during business hours (Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM EST) and may also be answered before or after business hours. Please do leave a message including your phone #, time zone, and the best time to reach you if I miss your call.

ORDER COMPLETION TIME:
Each item sold by The Thorr's Hammer Site is made by hand with care, not mass produced. Most items that are not in stock are now taking 10 - 14 days to complete. Specialized custom order times are likely to take longer. Please call or send an email if you would like a more detailed estimate for the item you want.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR US ORDERS:
Standard shipping/handling is $7.95 for all US orders under $100.00, and free for orders totaling over $100.00. Fedex Ground shipping is used for all mainland US orders, orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and APO or FPO addresses are shipped by USPS Priority mail. Shipping time with these services is approximately one week, tracking is available with Fedex ground.

The most economical 1-2 day service, when your order is needed ASAP, is still USPS Express mail at $17.95. With this option your order will arrive 1-2 business days after it is completed.

You can chose Fedex ground shipping or USPS Express mail during the checkout phase or your order. If you'd like your order shipped with another company you may request a quote, please call or send an email to either or the addresses above with your zipcode for an exact quote with your preferred service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF THE US):
If you are ordering from outside the US, you may use either the Paypal or snail mail order options described below.

There are new choices for shipping your order. International Economy, which does not include tracking or insurance, and will take approx. 2-3 weeks, is $3.55, Global Priority, which does not include tracking or insurance, and will take approx. 1-2 weeks, is $11.95, and International Express, which includes tracking and insurance and takes about 3-5 business days is $28.95.

I strongly recommend the International Express option which provides a tracking number and insurance, and also cuts down on the shipping time. Please send me an email if you have any questions about these or any other shipping options.

For snail mail orders from outside the USA, please send me an email, let me know what you 'd like to order, and I'll let you know what your exact shipping charges and aproximate shipping times will be. Please also be aware that your country may require you to pay customs or duty fees for the shipment, and that it may take additional time for your order to go through your country's customs service.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
To ensure fairness in policy, custom orders must be paid in full before work begins, because orders of items shown on the website are paid in advance. Inquiries can be made by phone or email, please give as much information as possible about what you want, including the dimesions, preferred material, symbols and shape when possible. Pricing for your custom piece is determined by materials and labor costs. Once the details of the piece are worked out, a price quote and completion time estimate will be given. Payment can be done through any of the accepted payment methods on this page. Custom orders may not be exchanged but if your order does not turn out as you expected you may return it with instructions for corrections, work will continue until you are satisfied with the piece.

ALL ORDERS:
The quickest way to have your order processed and shipped to you is with the PayPal service. Using this method your order can be shipped as soon as it is completed (7-10 days) or on the next business day for in-stock items. Gold items and other special orders may take more time. To order any item shown on this site, you simply click on the "add to cart" button below the item and follow the instructions from there. Please leave any additional information in the "special Instructions" section of the form. If you have a special order item in mind that is not pictured, please read the information for CUSTOM ORDERS above.

SNAIL MAIL ORDERS:
If you are unable to or do not wish to use Visa or Mastercard or the PayPal service, you may send your order in via snail mail. For consistant and trouble-free processing of your order, the following guidelines have been established to reduce security risks and streamline the mail order process. Please take note of the following guidelines for all snail mail orders:

1) The only form of payment accepted for snail mail orders is a US Post Office Money order. In other words, a money order bought at the US post office (other arrangements can be made for international orders if necessary, but that is the ONLY exception).

2) Checks are NOT accepted as payment for snail mail orders. If you wish to pay for your order with a check, the only way to do so is by using Paypal. Please do not mail in a check with a snail mail order as it will be returned and will delay your order.

3) To send in an order through the mail, just print out the order form, write in the items you wish to order, and send it with a USPS money order for the total item price plus shipping & handling costs as indicated on the form. This takes a little longer than PayPal for obvious reasons, but your order can be processed as soon as the funds are recieved.

4) Please send an email or call me at (703) 304-0137 to let me know that you are sending in an order. I do not check the PO box regularly as most orders are placed online. Your order may be delayed unessecarily if you do not email or call to notify me that you are mailing in an order.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER:
If a problem occurs with delivery after your order has left my hands, I will do absolutely everything I possibly can to follow up with the third party and determine what the problem is and do anything I can to help you get your order. Be advised that I cannot and will not take responsibility for any shipper's error, but will always do my best to work out a fair solution.

If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, I will happily exchange or repair any item within 7 days of delivery of your purchase for hats and 30 days for all other items. Purchases from the Thorr's Hammer Site are returnable for exchange only, NO REFUNDS. Custom orders may not be exchanged, see above. If any item is sent back it must be sent with some proof of delivery, i.e., certified or registered mail or delivery confirmation. Exchange/repaired items will be shipped out with complimentary 1st class shipping through the USPS. You may request and pay for a shipping upgrade.
